By accessing and using WebChekin ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

WebChekin is a digital check-in management platform that allows organizations to manage visitor check-ins, collect identification documents, and maintain visitor records. The Service includes features for QR code generation, document verification, visitor management, and reporting.

3.1 Organization Users: You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtain necessary consents from visitors before collecting their data
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes

3.2 Visitors: You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during check-in
• Comply with the organization's check-in requirements
• Not use the Service for fraudulent purposes

By using the Service, you acknowledge that we collect, process, and store personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to our data collection practices and understand that:

• Personal data is collected for security and record-keeping purposes
• Documents are securely stored and watermarked
• Data retention follows legal requirements and our retention policy
• You have rights regarding your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy

5.1 Subscription Plans: Organizations may subscribe to various plans with different features and limits. Subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan.

5.2 Free Trial: New organizations may be eligible for a free trial period. After the trial expires, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.

5.3 Payment: All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

5.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by WebChekin and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To collect or track the personal information of others
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service

8.1 Retention Period: Visitor data and documents are retained according to our data retention policy (typically 180 days) or as required by law.

8.2 Deletion: You may request deletion of your data subject to legal requirements and our retention obligations. We will process deletion requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WebChekin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WebChekin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aurangabad (M.S) India.

We offer refund and/or exchange on case-to-case basis (full) within the first 2 days of your purchase, if 2 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. 14.1 Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

• Refunds and exchanges are eligible only for incorrect/wrong subscription, if requested within the first 2 days of your purchase, if 2 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
• The subscription plan must be unused/unutilized without single usage.
• To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only regular priced subscriptions may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

14.2 Exchanges/Change of Subscription Plan (if applicable):

• You may request change of subscription plan within the first 2 days of your purchase, if 2 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a change of subscription plan of any kind.
• The subscription plan must be unused/unutilized without single usage.
• Only regular priced subscriptions may be changed, sale items cannot be changed.

14.3 Partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

• We do not process partial refunds at the moment.
